Let’s Work Together
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you travel?
Yes!!!!! I love to travel all over the world for work (and fun!). Travel fees depend on location.
Do we get a copyright release?
Yes. these are your photos so you get to print and share your images.
Do you use a second shooter?
I don’t typically, but here’s why. I want you and your guests to feel as comfortable as possible, but having two photographers can feel like paparazzi. Would you rather have better candids, or just more photos? You always have the option to add a second shooter, I just want to make sure you get to make and informed decision--so let's chat about it!
What’s your photography style?
I learned to shoot on a film camera--still do!--and that film background has greatly influenced my work. I put an emphasis on natural light and I don’t do major changes through photoshop. I want your photos to look natural and candid so my focus is on intimate moments and interactions.
Do you have backup equipment?
Definitely--I have backups for my backups! I also bring hard drives to back up your photos between every landmark moment.
How many photos do I get?
I never limit the amounts of photos, but you can expect between 700-1200 wedding photos, and 200-500 engagement photographs.
How long does it take to get my photos?
Weddings take up to eight weeks. Engagements take around three weeks.
How many hours do you shoot?
As long as it takes! Weddings get full day coverages which averages between six and ten hours.
Should we meet in person?
I would love to if we can! Its important that you are comfortble with your photographer so meeting in person or chatting on the phone is a great way to get to know one another. If you are planning a wedding from another state, don’t worry! Wacth the video on my homepage to see what a goober I am then let’s set up a phone call to get to know one another 🙂
We are ready to book--now what?
YAY! We should set up a time to chat about your big day, either in person or by phone so let’s do it! My calendar is available at CALENDLY.com/palermophoto, just pick a slot and ready the confetti cannons to celebrate!
